# hello I am Rafael :) ![[241123 Foto de Rafael Leite 2.png]] I have the habit of digging deep into anything that attracts my attention. Not by chance, I work as a researcher. Luckily for me, with quite some frequency I get interested in the subjects I am paid to research about. It is in these moments that I feel fulfilled. I have a degree in public administration and in recent years I have developed some expertise in civil service reform issues, although I am interested in many other topics. Occasionally I do consultancy work as a freelance researcher. I like to talk and write about the things I'm working on! I use this space to document what I’m learning. Every so often, I also make my [[Journaling|journal]] public right here.
