## Notes from 15 March 2026 [[2026-03-14|← Previous note]] ┃ [[2026-03-16|Next note →]] I just came across [this fascinating analysis](https://www.economist.com/interactive/business/2025/06/16/corporate-culture) by _The Economist_. They’ve partnered with [CultureX](https://www.culturex.com/) to crunch the numbers on 900 firms using AI to decode "corporate culture". It’s interesting because it moves past the "good vs. bad" cliché and measures actual dimensions like agility, toxicity, and candor based on what employees _really_ say in their own words using Glassdoor data. It got me thinking: why don't we have a "Glassdoor for Government" or a standardized "Civil Service Culture Index" like this? We absolutely lack this kind of raw, granular data from the people on the inside. I honestly believe we need to make **exit interviews mandatory** across the public sector and funnel that data into a platform like this.
