It promotes citizen participation in judicial oversight and works to ensure transparency, fairness, and democratic accountability within Taiwan’s judiciary. JRF’s initiatives include an active internship program for future legal professionals.

It works across disciplines such as law, economics, public management, political science, technology and communication. Justa produces data-driven research to highlight structural issues in the management and financing of the judiciary, aiming to support more democratic governance of judicial institutions.
**[[2025-04-12]]**: [The Fund for Modern Courts (NYS)](https://moderncourts.org/), a civil society organization that advocates for reform and improvement of the court system in New York State, including in areas such as judicial diversity and judicial selection.
**[[2025-05-24]]**: [Scrutinize](https://scrutinize.org/) is a New York-based nonprofit that promotes transparency and accountability in state courts by using data analysis, artificial intelligence and legal research. The organization maintains comprehensive profiles of every state judge in New York, detailing their decisions, backgrounds, and metrics relevant to reappointment or reelection processes. The organization receives funding from a combination of philanthropic sources and awards. Initial seed funding was provided by [[Emergent Ventures]].
