## Global Innovation Council
**Description**: The Global Innovation Council (GIC) is an initiative funded by the [[Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation]]. The Council seeks to co-create, pilot and share practices that address challenges such as climate change, technological acceleration and systemic risks. Among its initiatives are the 2071 Moonshot Apprenticeship (a program training future public sector leaders) and the Moonshot Pilot Grant (funding experimental governance projects).

### Apolitical & Apolitical Foundation
**Description:** Public service learning and political leadership development. Apolitical is a global learning platform for public servants, offering curated content, peer learning, and skills training in policy and governance. ### Government Empowerment Network (GEN)
**Description:** An initiative developed by _Instiglio_ to support public servants in designing and implementing reforms from within their institutions. It builds on the observation that reforms are more likely to endure when led and shaped by those already working in the public sector. GEN offers structured support to public officials (referred to as “Champions”) through tools, peer exchange and ongoing technical accompaniment. The focus is on enabling civil servants to identify priorities, test approaches and lead institutional change in ways that are aligned with their administrative and political context. The first GEN cohort was launched in Uganda in 2025. A second cohort is planned in Colombia later in the same year.
